However, there are some situations in which refund or money back is appreciated and not appreciated. We advise our clients or first-time purchasers to please read and understand the refund policy carefully to avoid any future misconceptions and disputes.
Cases where the refund will and will NOT be appreciated:
- If you are charged doubled or twice for your order, then there will be guaranteed 100% money back assurance. It will only one or two working days to get the refund back.
- For instance, we missed your deadline. In that case, we need to investigate and figure out the reason for the interruption. Remember, we will not provide a partial or full refund if you fail to give us the detailed specifications on how to do your paper. It is significant for you to state your requirements and check twice your uploaded content. Remember, we can give maximum satisfaction only if you provide us with your desired requirements and specifications.
- No refund will be given in case of late delivery due to the client providing incorrect or inactive email addresses.
- For instance, you change your decision after placing your order. Once the writer starts preparing your content, then you have to pay 15 percent of processing charges and get the rest of the amount back. However, 100% money back is assured if the order has not started to prepare.
- 15-50% refund is issued if we fail to find a writer for your revision and if the paper is delivered after the selected deadline, 15% money back is guaranteed. Our manager will examine all the matter and come up with the best solution.
- Late delivery due to technical errors.
- If the paper quality is poor, our manager will decide how much will be compensated. Every case will be evaluated carefully to make sure if the client is eligible for refund or not. Also, we can give you discounts on future orders.
- We provide plagiarism-free content and deliver content with Turninit checked report. If you claim for plagiarism, then it will not be approved.
- If you are unsatisfied with the delivered document, we suggest our clients avail our UNLIMITED revision policy.
- If we have any active dispute (that is very rare), then refund is not accepted.
- The company will not offer any money back on the basis of poor grades.
- VAT and additional features are not refundable.
- Money back for the claim of grammatical or spelling errors is not accepted.
